Jeremy & Nicole Michalski - Owners

Jeremy started Savor the Flavor catering in the Seattle area back in 2002 to service the needs of a growing clientele that were seeking out quality options with affordable pricing. Jeremy and Nicole were married in the Fall of 2008 and moved to Southern California in January of 2010. Their passion for catering moved with them and they reopened the catering company as “Cutting Edge Catering” here in the Inland Empire in early 2010. Cutting Edge Catering now services all of Southern California and even places beyond. Jeremy and Nicole have five children, Caleb, Maggie, Jasmine, James and Alexis, and are also registered as foster parents for emergency placements.

Angel Mora -      Head Manager

Angel began her career in the foodservice industry over 20 years ago working for various big box restaurant chains, "mom and pop" owned restaurants, and the Los Angeles Police department banquet’s division. Angel's years of experience have helped propel her from hostessing to the successful rank of restaurant management. Her attention to detail, leadership and customer service skills shine through, which leaves a lasting impression. Being able to lead a team, build a rapport and foster relationships with clients and staff are some of the joys she loves about being in the foodservice industry. Angel is married to Mike and has three lovely children, Dustin, Shane, and Alyssa.
